Amendments to the Foundation’s statutes

In anticipation of the changes that are planned to expand the composition and structure of the Board of Trustees, the Statutes have been amended to adapt them to the new format.

The modifications consist of increasing the maximum number of trustees from 7 to 10 and the creation of the figure of the vice-president, who will replace the president in the event of absence or impossibility.
