On 22 April 2021, the board of trustees of the Olga Torres Private Foundation proceeded with the restructuring of the Foundation’s governing body following the death of the incumbent president José Bombardó Navinés in March 2021, with Doctor Maite Solé, who had held the role of spokesperson of the board of trustees until that time, being appointed as his successor.

Xavier Bombardó Buxó, son of the late president, also joined the board of trustees in the capacity of spokesperson, thus retaining the family’s connection in support of the Foundation’s goals
