This award consists of a financial aid aimed at graduates to design dissemination projects on the incidence of colorectal cancer in society, the importance for the population of advances in the field of medical research, prevention, and the influence of lifestyle and diet. Also, for other topics directly related to colorectal cancer, diagnosis, treatment or prevention.

In all cases, they must be directed by a doctor in Health Sciences or Information Sciences and in a recognised centre in Catalonia.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The total import of the addition is \u20ac 9,000.00.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

It is a necessary condition for applicants to have a degree or bachelor’s degree.

The projects presented must comply with the following conditions:<\/p>

a. Definition of the area of knowledge on colorectal cancer that is the focus of the project.
b. Quantifying the objectives to be achieved.
c. Objective bases of which the project is based.
d. Resources needed to develop it: human, material, immaterial.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Applications must be sent in Word or PDF format by e-mail to the address of the Foundation: info@fundacioolgatorres.org<\/span><\/a>. The following documentation must be attached in annexed files:<\/p>

a. Valid ID card, resident card or passport.
b. Curr\u00edculum vitae.
c. Copy of the degree certificate.
d. Report of the proposed project with the approval of the director of the work.
e. Presentation letters if applicable.<\/p>

The deadline for submitting applications is 1 March 2018.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A Research Commission appointed by the Foundation will be in charge of the selection process based upon the following criteria:<\/p>

a. Curriculum vitae of the candidate
b. Adequacy of the proposed area
c. Guidelines foreseen for the development of the project
d. Balance between necessary resources and set objectives
e. Viability<\/p>

The decision will be made public in April, and the award will take effect during the Nit de la Ci\u00e8ncia de Sabadell during the same year.

The candidate\u2019s submission of an application for these grants represents his\/her express acceptance of the criteria and decisions that the FOT may take, should any queries arise regarding the interpretation of the requirements and terms stated in the calls.
