Radiotherapy consists in the administration of ionising radiations that prompt cell alterations and in a much more important way in the tumour cells. Radiotherapy can be employed before or after surgery.<\/p>

Treatment with radiotherapy is complex and requires detailed planning with the collaboration of physicians, physics and technicians. Multiple mathematical calculations are needed to correctly elaborate the area to be treated and it is very important that the patient is placed in the apparatus correctly so that the dose of therapy is received in the right place. To achieve these treatments, normally patients are tattooed to centre the radiation beam.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
